Designated Physical Activity Levels
Beginner: No experience or limited knowledge of exercise and nutrition.
Intermediate I: Is currently active or has been active in the past. In addition, this client is known to have participated in recreational activities throughout their youth.
Intermediate II: Is active on a regular basis and has adopted fitness to their daily and weekly routine. Also, this client views nutrition as a priority and has competed in organized physical activities throughout their life.
Elite Athlete: Currently competes within a specific or multiple sports at an elite level and views nutrition as a top priority. In addition, clients who have competed in the past at the College/University, Olympic and Professional levels fall under this category.
One-on-One Functional Anatomy & Dynamic Personal Training Packages
Exercise Levels: Beginner. Intermediate I. Intermediate II. Elite Athlete.
