Below is a list of some the wonderful people we have had the opportunity to work with over the years.

Age: 19 - I really appreciate Donovan’s commitment to teaching me how to live a healthy lifestyle, and the time he put into helping me achieve my goals; both inside and outside of the gym. With his guidance, I was able take my Off-Season Training to the next level by improving in numerous areas of my sport which has given me an edge over my competition. Parent: With Donovan's level of professionalism we obtained the results required. Adrian's training has been well organized & progressive.

Age: 64 - A few years ago, I was having a physical check-up and was advised I had Type 2 Diabetes. My glucose and cholesterol levels were high and I needed to take immediate action. As a commitment to myself, I chose to change my lifestyle and eating habits. I joined a fitness centre and also reduced my sugar and carbohydrates. Within a matter of 3-4 months working with Donovan, I reduced my weight and lowered my glucose levels. I learned a disciplined approach to exercising and eating better.

Age: 60 - I was introduced to Donovan as my replacement trainer at a gym I belonged to in March of 2012. What impressed me most to start with was; that he took an hour of his time to talk me about what I have done before, what I could do, what were my goals, and what my lifestyle consisted of in order to be sure that we were a good fit. I can honestly say that Donovan has been a strong contributor to me looking a lot lesser than my years, and I treasure the friendship we have forged.

Age: 32 - After my 30th Birthday, I decided that I want to be fitter than I was in my 20’s. With the help of Donovan and some lunges (lots), I can already say that it's true. I have always been physically active and involved in community sports leagues; getting Donovan to create a customized Training Program for me has taken my fitness to a level that I could not have achieved on my own. I am now equipped with the knowledge and tools to be fitter and a better athlete in my 30's than 20’s.

Age: 46 - I choose Donovan as my coach as I was impressed with his level of fitness knowledge and experience in overall athletic training. Donovan's approach is not generic "one size fits all" fitness training but a concise strength training program personally tailored for my needs to achieve the greatest possible results. Donovan continually educates me on the method and reasoning for each exercise which provides me the ability to effectively train on my own.

Age: 46 - Why did I choose Donovan as my coach? Shortly after meeting him, right way I felt that he would be the perfect coach for me. In the past I have had other coaches however I believe that not all fitness trainers are created equal! I asked several questions about training methods and life philosophies. Donovan began with a physical assessment and discussed how to attack my goals. He quickly designed a specific program that worked for my body type and needs. The “key word” being Specific!
